Have just returned from Sri Lanka and fallen heavily for the tuk tuk. The FIRST vehicle in my long life that has made me want to learn to drive! What will qualify me to drive a tuk tuk? Here in France where I live, those losing their licence for any reason at all are allowed to drive a tiny car with a very small engine without holding a licence. Odd though it seems I could apparently drive one tomorrow! They are so naff that even though it has been suggested I buy one I have turned my nose up. All I need a vehicle for, is to take me to the local village and back, and occasionally pick up my partner from the local bar. Any suggestions - would a tuk tuk be the answer? PLEASE say yes.

Hi,
I'm after hiring a tuk tuk in Norfolk. Does anyone know of anyone who has one in the area or any local companies hiring them out or providing a taxi service with them? It's unfortunately north norfolk I'm wanting it for which does seem to be the middle of nowhere when trying to get a tuk tuk.
Many thanks

I have received many calls and e mails asking if we can supply tuk tuks in Holland,

The simple answer is yes, we already have and are now building more for a major company in Holland.

We will be suppling both the Sprint Model as well as the Grande for Taxi work, we are also in talks to supply the 6 seater Surf.

The tuk tuks will be the latest 2008 model fitted with disc brakes all round and with the addition of an Anti Roll Bar, we are the first tuk tuk company to offer these improvements as standard.

Hi everyone

this summer I bought 2 tuk tuk pick-ups and converted them to advertising vans. They are vivid yellow in colour, carry a double sided light-box (which has its own drycell battery trickle charged by the engine), all the work on the advertising structure is in high quality alloy, one has a public address system built in, their effect on the public is fantastic. They would be ideal for a city based business...its too quiet here.. I can send photos
